Registered immovable cultural property Servetiye Karşı Village Stone Bridge is located in the village of Servetiye Karşı in Başiskele District of Kocaeli Province. It feeds the Kirazdere Yuvacık Dam, which passes under the stone bridge. The bridge can be reached from today's Yuvacık Dam road. Local restaurants and picnic areas serve in the close vicinity of the bridge. The bridge takes its name from the village where it is located. Although there is not much information about its construction; according to the information obtained from the local people and the district's promotional brochures, it was constructed between 1856-1900 by the master Mustafa from Rize, and the construction material was brought from the Servetiye village Böcekhane district. Although the inscription of the bridge is not in place, when it is examined in terms of material, construction and form features, it has been determined that it is similar to the Eastern Black Sea bridges. The bridge is a typical Turkish bridge with a single eye and a round flat arch and made of cut stone. The arch type is a three-centered basket handle type. As the construction material, cut stone was used in the 44 cm thick arch and rubble stones were used in the bridge walls.
