The building is located in Kocaeli Province, Izmit District, Kozluk Neighborhood, 3319 Block, 1 Plot. It is one of the 13 lodging structures on the land where the former SEKA pulp and paper mills complex is located. It is probable that the building was built between 1934-36, when the Paper Factory was built. Around the structure, there are the Seka 1st Paper Factory in the northeast of the building, the railway line in the south, and other housing structures in the east. It has the same plan and facade system as other lodging structures. The building, which was originally a twin block, was transformed into a single block with the ground floor interior arrangement and is used for cultural purposes.
