The registered housing structure is located in Sakarya Province, Sapanca District, Rüstempaşa Neighborhood, Map no:16, Block no: 22, Plot no: 19. Around the building, there are Rüstempaşa Hamam Ruins are located in the park area arranged in the form of a square in the northwest of the building, Sakarya University Tourism Faculty in the west and Cedid Mosque in the south. The building, which is used for residential and office purposes, is located on a corner plot in the town centre. The 3-storey building has a traditional Turkish house plan with an inner sofa. The stairs are at the bottom of the sofa, the rooms are located on both sides. The ground floor was used for storage and shop purposes, and the 1st and 2nd floors were used for residential purposes.
