The registered Topçuoğlu Turkish bath structure (hamam); is located in Kars province, central district, Sukapı Neighborhood, Block no: 38, Lot no: 10. Around the monumental structure, there is Kars Stream at the east, Namık Kemal Community Center at the north, and Laçin Bey Mosque at the west. There are residential buildings adjacent to the south facade of the building. Bath structure; it consists of Soğukluk, Aralık, Ilıklık spaces, Halvet cells, Külhan and Odunluk spaces. According to Semavi Eyice's bath typology; spatial organization of the bath complies with the typology of 'Halvet cells arranged around a square Sıcaklık space'. The inscription on the entrance door on the northern façade has not survived. It is accepted that it was built by an individual named Mazlum Ağa in 1155/1742, according to the inscription found here.
