The west side of the building faces the road. There is a registered building adjoining to the south of the building, and Sırrıpaşa Mansion at the east. The entrance of Sırrıpaşa mansion is on the northern side of the building. The building has 3 floors. It has two separate entrances, one from the road (west) to the basement floor and the other from the backyard (east) to the ground floor. The south façade of the building cannot be seen due to the adjacent layout.
